AHT Affiliate Member Details

Do you want to make some extra money from the convenience of your own home? This is your chance to profit from the booming real estate market.

Everyone who signs up for an annual membership or website is automatically an AHT affiliate. However, anyone can sign up to be an AHT affiliate and enjoy the same benefits. All affiliates will receive a unique member id and referral code which can be found on the Sellers > My Account screen or the Affiliates > My Account screen.

For every paid membership where your referral code is used on the New Account screen, you will receive a credit of 10% of the membership fee and the customer will receive a 10% discount off the membership fee.

Setting Up An Affiliate Link

Make it even easier by linking to AHT with your referral code in the link. You can place any of your links on signs, ads, or any web site. Your referral amount will automatically be credited for every membership or listing sale generated from your link. Your affiliate links will be:

How It Works

Whenever a user clicks on a link or goes to an AHT property web site with your referral code in the web site name, a cookie containing your referral code is set on the user's computer and will remain active for 30 days. That means that if a user registers at AtHomeTour.com within 30 days after clicking on your link, your referral code will automatically be filled in on the New Account screen and be added in the user's database. Once the user pays for the annual membership, your account will be credited with 10% of the membership fee. If a user pays by echeck, cashiers check or money order, the referral credit will remain pending until the check or money order clears. If for some reason, the user requests a refund, the 10% will be subtracted from your account.

Once you are registered, you can find your referral code and examples of links and URLs (web addresses) using your referral code on the Sellers > My Account screen or the Affiliates > My Account screen.

Affiliate memberships will remain active as long as the member accesses their account screen at least once a year or they have at least one referral a year.

Redeeming Your Affiliate Earnings

There are two ways to redeem your earnings.

Link Exchange

If you place a link to AHT on your web site, you can have a link back to your web site placed on AHT's Affiliate Links page. You can do this at the time of registration on the New Account Setup screen by filling out the fields in the Affiliate Links section. After you have registered you can also add or edit your web site link from either the Sellers > My Account screen or the Affiliates > My Account screen in the Affiliate Program section. The link will instantaneously be added/updated in affiliate_links.htm. Inappropriate links will be removed.

How to Get Started Selling

1. First, know what you are selling so you will be able to give a good sales pitch and answer questions.
• Read through the membership details.
• If you haven't already, you may want to sign up for a trial membership so you have a better understanding of how it all works. You can cancel your trial membership once you are familiar with it.
• Know the layout of AtHomeTour.com.
2. When you contact realtors, give them a brochure and/or At Home Tour's web address with your referral code (www.AtHomeTour.com/ayour member id) so they can check it out. Always give out your referral code in case they go directly to AtHomeTour.com. Let them know they will get an additional 10% off using your referral code when they register. If you wish, you can leave your name and number if they have any questions.
3. Contact all realtors you know.
4. Tell all your neighbors, friends and co-workers about it.
5. Pass out flyers and brochures.
6. Use bulletin boards.
7. DO NOT USE SPAM.
